Distribution of Securities Litigation Settlements--Improving the Process (September 2009, March 2010)

Robert S. Schachter, is a panelist for a series of seminars moderated by Professor Francis McGovern of the Duke University Law School concerning “Distribution of Securities Litigation Settlements--Improving the Process.” These seminars are aimed to develop solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of securities litigation settlement distributions. Participants in the conference include attorneys, judges, regulators, institutional filers and claims administrators. The purpose of the seminars is to prepare a report for presentation to the Federal Judicial Conference.
