Ana Maria Cabassa

Associate
Ms. Cabassa has been with Zwerling Schachter since 2006. She has extensive experience in all phases of complex litigation, including the investigation and analysis of potential matters and the development of electronic discovery requirements. Ms. Cabassa has been involved in major complex class actions involving accountants’ liability, including Anwar v. Fairfield Greenwich Limited, S.D.N.Y., Master File No. 09-cv-118 (VM) and In re Santander Optimal Securities Litigation, S.D. Fla., Case No. 1:09-cv-20215-PCH, where the firm represents investors in “feeder funds” which invested in Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
Ms. Cabassa is also a Certified Public Accountant and is fluent in Spanish.
