Jonathan Platnick

Mr. Platnick has been Of Counsel to Zwerling Schachter
since 2003. He has been primarily
involved in litigations generating large document discovery, including
securities class actions, such as In re:
Old Banc One Shareholders Securities Litigation, N.D. Ill., Civ. No. 00C2100
and In re Telxon Corporation Securities Litigation, N.D. Ohio,
5:98-CV-2876, as well as antitrust class actions, such as In Re: Insurance Brokerage Antitrust Litigation, D.N.J., MDL No.
1663 04-CV-5184 and 05-CV-5533 (“Insurance
Brokers”), where 100 hundred million pages of documents were produced. In Insurance
Brokers, Mr. Platnick was one of the attorneys charged with selecting
documents to be utilized in the many depositions conducted in that case. Currently, Mr. Platnick is also involved in
Zwerling Schachter’s Institutional Investments Portfolio Monitoring Services.
