Justin M. Tarshis

Mr. Tarshis has been associated with Zwerling Schachter since 2002. During that time, he has been involved in securities, antitrust and other commercial class action litigation. In the securities class action area, Mr. Tarshis has been involved in In re Citigroup Auction Rate Securities Litigation, S.D.N.Y., Civ. No. 1:08-CV-3139 (LTS) and In re Lehman Brothers Equity/Debt Securities Litigation, S.D.N.Y., 08 Civ. 5523.

Mr. Tarshis has previously participated in the successful litigation of In re: Old Banc One Shareholders Securities Litigation, N.D. Ill., Civ. No. 00C2100.  Mr. Tarshis has also been involved in antitrust class actions, including In Re: Insurance Brokerage Antitrust Litigation, D.N.J., MDL No. 1663 04-CV-5184 and 05-CV-5533.
