Shaye J. Fuchs

Since his association with Zwerling Schachter, Mr. Fuchs has been involved in class action securities litigation, primarily with regard to the investigation of potential claims on behalf of the firm’s institutional clients. He has also been involved in developing theories of the cases, preparation of pleadings, as well as all aspects of the discovery process. In addition, Mr. Fuchs has participated in discovery in major antitrust litigation, including In Re: Insurance Brokerage Antitrust Litigation, D.N.J., MDL No. 1663 04-CV-5184 and 05-CV-5533.
