Stephanie E. Kirwan

Ms. Kirwan has been associated with the firm since 2006. During that time, she has been involved in securities, antitrust and other commercial class action litigation. She has had a significant role in discovery and motion practice in Frank K. Cooper, et al. v. Cendant Corporation, et al., No. MRS-L-377-02 (Morris County, N.J.), a commercial class action in which Zwerling Schachter represents current and former Century 21 real estate franchisees.
